Almost everyone loves Mexican food because of its unique flavors and spices. Being a food lover, I like trying different varieties of food. Recently I was in Nice, France for my Master’s and was amazed to see a love for Mexican food among the people there.

Tacos, quesadillas, and flautas are like sandwiches in that the tortilla becomes the carrier for some kind of filling - which can be pretty much anything as long as it's savory. They differ in shape and cooking/serving style. Enchiladas (and their cousins) are tortillas, dipped in a sauce and folded around a savoury filling. They are then laid out on a plate, bathed in the sauce and topped with sour cream, crumbled cheese, and fresh coriander (cilantro).
